I haven’t swatched CYSM yet…I know, I know. I need to so I can do a comparison of these two. I’m still on my Colors by Llarowe untried kick. 😀 Must swatch them all.
Colors by Llarowe Connie’s Nosy Neighbor is this gorgeous royal blue base with a pink shimmer. Now the base looks a bit blue-ish purple because the base and glitter play off each other. Frankly, it’s gorgeous and amazing. I’ve included an extra shot in the swatch to show how Colors by Llarowe Connie’s Nosy Neighbor has a lovely duality to it.
I think I need a back-up of this. It’s such a gorgeous color. I’m supposed to go to bed, but I may end up digging out Connie, You Saucy Minx! No. Must not. I have a long day tomorrow. Oh, shinies…Yes, that is how it all works in my head.

The formula on this is superb, as Leah Ann’s formulas always are. Dry time is fast and this dries with a dull shine – a bit like a candle. A nice, high gloss top coat will take care of that quickly.
