Elevation Polish I Got the Axe is described as “Green Melon/Lime green with a hint of shimmer and a hint of holographic pigment. Looks like a creme in low light and sparkles in direct sunlight.”
It does all of that. However, I failed to capture the hint of holographic. Boo!
I do love colors like this – it’s one of my favorites.
The formula for this is top notch — opaque in two thin coats and didn’t bubble. It was also dried very quickly. I don’t know why it surprises me when polishes dry quickly. I guess I keep thinking some may take forever and a day to finally be dry and set.

What do you think? Will you be purchasing this color?
Someone asked me why I don’t use a light box – I’ll be honest: I don’t think light boxes truly reflect what a color is like in real life. While I think a light box can get you prettier, edgier shots of a polish, I don’t think it’s very realistic. So while my images may not be as richly saturated with jewel tones or deep hues, you are getting a real-life look at the polish in action.
Thank you for making it this far. If you liked what you read, please share this – sharing is caring!
