…I’m just starting to get into Indie brands. Whimsical Ideas by Pam aren’t really whimsical at all – they are extremely well-thought out polishes  with colors that have meaning and glitter that emphasize their meaning. This is my first time trying Whimsical Ideas by Pam and Seuss is my kind of color.
I’m starting to have some serious mad love for blues and turquoises and this color certainly fits the bill…How did I come by this color? I’m in a group on Facebook that normally does not do swaps, but for one weekend they allowed trades and sales. I traded away 2 polishes I don’t use for this and I’m so glad I did.
The colors are something I like and am happy to wear.
Formula was not clunky or chunky and dried quickly. For me, the color was at its best with three coats – the opacity was achieved and self-leveled.
At the end of the post you will see my attempt at nail art…but it’s a bit better than what I usually have to show!

Super beautiful blue…I did wonder if I should have had undies on when swatching this, but was glad I didn’t. This is gorgeous on its own.
Flash brings out the blue undertone a bit more here.
It shows well in the sun, too!
Cult Nails Fetish layered over Whimsical Ideas by Pam Seuss. I added a high gloss top coat on three of my fingers and left the pointer finger in the original state of Fetish, which is a matte black. How awesome does it look?!
