Even more funny? I had never swatched China Glaze Agent Lavender. Can you believe it? I’ve had this color for almost four years and I didn’t even swatch it, but I’ve been wearing it. Now it finally has its day in the sun…and shade. 🙂
China Glaze Agent Lavender was a gorgeous formula that took forever and a day to dry. It was seriously snoozeworthy. I had to wait about ten minutes between coats before this was totally dry. Maybe it was my batch and I hope the others weren’t like mine.
That said, I paired it with Nerd Lacquer Pinin for the Fjords because I felt that it would really help emphasize the lavender and gray/silver glitter. I did two coats of Nerd Lacquer Pinin for the Fjords on my middle finger without using China Glaze Agent Lavender as a base. I used one coat of Nerd Lacquer Pinin for the Fjords over two coats of China Glaze Agent Lavender.

I’m glad I was finally able to swatch China Glaze Agent Lavender – isn’t it a beauty?
As for Nerd Lacquer Pinin for the Fjords, I love the glitter but the removal…oh the removal…even with the foil method!
If you’re in the US, I hope you have a great Labor Day Weekend.
