According to The Devil Wears Polish’s site, this is a color that a holo hound must have…and I agree. The Devil Wears Polish Pink Panther is loud, it’s bright, it pops and every nail polish lover should have a bottle. The formula is lovely and is a two coater. I did three because I was curious and when I did three coats, it was a beauty. Rarely do I find a hot pink holo that has follow through and this one does.
Formula is great. It dries in record time and doesn’t bubble.
